Is this a paid internship?
Boundaryless is a free program that acts as an internship alternative.
We understand that many internships facilitated by ad agencies are highly selective and there are never enough of them to go around. Therefore, we created this program to help those who do not have a summer internship lined up.
While we would love to monetarily compensate you for your work with us, being a non-profit makes that challenging. We do however offer in-kind prizes or even cash prizes when possible!
(paying our participants is a major goal of ours, one day we'll get there!)
What does the time commitment look like?
Participants can expect to be working with Boundaryless in some way about 3 hours a day.
This could consist of learning sessions, group work, mentor reviews, etc.
I have a summer job, can I still participate?
In order to accommodate folks who have jobs and commitments outside of Boundaryless, we record our learning sessions for those who cannot attend live. That being said, we highly encourage that you schedule intentional time to participate in our program to facilitate great relationships between your partners and the industry professionals who you will be meeting. Our ultimate goal is to serve as many people as we can while also providing a positive experience for everyone involved. (i.e. no one likes having a team member that never responds or that is unwilling to collaborate!)
I don't have a lot of experience, can I still participate?
No worries, that is what we are here for! No need to have any prior experience, as long as you are passionate about learning, we've got you covered.
Do I need to be a college senior?
Nope! We serve everyone, whether you have a degree or not!
