Aaron C. Lauby is Boundaryless's cofounder in charge of outreach and engagement. If you have a question about being a mentor, advisor, or sponsor, he's your person!

He graduated from St. Olaf College in 2019, with a degree in Theater and Management Studies. He is passionate about event and experiential marketing. He's worked on clients like the Minnesota Corn Growers Association, Chex Mix, the International Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and 7/11. He's fascinated by entrepreneurship and is always on some new project or other. He sees each new project as an opportunity to grown and learn.

He likes Chicago style popcorn, traveling, Russian theater, and throwing themed parties. He can get lost for hours listening to NPR's Radiolab, and he resents the fact that Cristiana sometimes introduces herself with her zodiac sign. (But Cristiana ultimately wrote these introductions so...)

Cristiana Hawthorne, a born Aquarius, is a co-founder of Boundaryless, responsible for programming, participant outreach and experience, and backend-support.

She graduated from St. Olaf College in 2020 with a BA in French and Media Studies. She's busy trying out any type of advertising and marketing she can get her hands on. Except programmatic. That's too much. Most recently, she's worked on projects for Greenland Air, the International Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and worked as a New Business Intern at Haworth Media + Marketing.

Off duty, you can find Cristiana reading (or rather audiobook-ing), training her puppy, Oliver, playing for the neighbors with her quarantine family band, 6ft Apart, or mountain biking. She has a soft spot for giraffes, and post-COVID, you will catch her on the first plane to Copenhagen.
